Through our online form, we only collect information that is strictly necessary for community operations:

- Contact Information: Phone number and email address.
- Payment Records: Transaction records for society entry fees, monthly maintenance, or other community contributions.
2. Purpose of Data Collection (Purpose Limitation)
Your data will solely be used for the following purposes:
- Communicating society meetings, notices, and essential community updates.
- Maintaining a transparent record of society dues, fees, and financial contributions.
- Passing on critical community messages or emergency alerts.
Note: Your data will never be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for commercial or marketing purposes.
3. User Consent
By submitting the form and sharing your details, you voluntarily provide your explicit consent for the society to use this information for communication and record-keeping. You retain the right to withdraw your consent at any time by making a written request.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security safeguards—including secure storage and restricted access controls—to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your personal data will be retained only for as long as you are a resident/member of Defence Enclave or as required to fulfill the purposes stated above. Upon termination of membership or a valid deletion request, your data will be securely removed or anonymized in accordance with applicable guidelines.
6. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access and review the personal data we hold about you.
- Request corrections or updates to inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request the deletion or erasure of your personal data.
